    Can I amend or cancel my order?

    Please contact our team as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to your order. Unfortunately we will be unable to amend or cancel your order once the order has been processed or dispatched. It's simple to return items, instructions will be included on your order.

    The product I want to buy is out of stock?

    If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock, please fill in the inquiry form so that we may re-stock it sooner.

    What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?

    Sometimes our inventory levels are inaccurate and the product you ordered may be out of stock, in such cases we apologize to the fullest and we will notify you via email and not charge you for the item.

    I am having technical difficulties

    If you are encountering any technical difficulties we recommend you make sure you have the latest updates for your browser and operating system. Also you could try using a different browser or clearing the Cache and cookies in your current browser.

    I am not receiving your newsletters

    I am not receiving order confirmation e-mails

    If you have ordered any items from us you should have received an order confirmation email. There could be a number of reasons that you’re not receiving emails from us.
