    Is my payment information safe?

    All transaction information passed between our site and the PayPal VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from PayPal are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can rest assured that nothing passed to the PayPal servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

    Where do I enter my discount code?

    If you're lucky enough to have a discount/promotional code, then you can enter your code at the cart summary page page.

    Do you offer any student discount?

    Students receive 10% discount on the order total. Student discount does not apply on delivery charges.

    Students must register with Unidays to use the discount.

    I forgot to use my discount/promotional code

    We are unable to apply promotional codes to orders that have been submitted. Please ensure you enter your code before completing your purchase.

    What currencies can I pay in?

    We accept payments in GBP, EUR, USD and AUD.

    What is 'MasterCard SecureCode'?

    MasterCard SecureCode is a service that password-protects your Maestro card details, to give added security when you shop online. They allow you to create a password that is known only to yourself, to use every time you use your Maestro card online.

    What is 'verified by VISA'?

    It's a security service provided by Visa. When you register for Verified by Visa (VbV) you are allocated a Personal Message. You'll also be asked to create a password so that when you make an online purchase from these retailers, you'll be asked for this additional password along with your card number details before you can complete your transaction. This adds a whole new layer of security to your online shopping.

    When will I be charged?

    If your card has been authorized, payment will be taken immediately. You will receive a confirmation email regarding if the payment went through.

    If the payment failed to go through, we will notify via email and you order will but cancelled.

    My payment has been declined?

    In the event that your card has not been authorized for payment please ensure that your card details and personal information has been entered in correctly. If you continue to experience further problems please contact our Customer Care team who will gladly assist you.
